Erika Gomez is teaching personal finance. Ben Chandler is running a Geocaching/cycling club. We are so grateful to our community. If you are interested in volunteering or are volunteering at Vail Innovation Center, please go to Applitrack to fill out an application. We would love to have you as part of our community.

The Conference schedule is as follows:
Thursday, September 6th         1:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Friday, September 7th              9:00-12:00 p.m. and 1:00-3:00 p.m.
Teachers will be available on a walk-in basis. We look forward to meeting with you during conference times. Students are highly encouraged to attend with you. Teacher/Parent/Student conferences are extremely important as they provide the opportunity for you, your child, and your child’s teachers to meet and review your student’s progress.  If you are unable to attend conferences during these times, please contact your child’s teacher via e-mail or phone to arrange for another opportunity to meet.

Diaper Drive

It’s coming!  The Diaper Drive starts September 4th and continues through September 17th.  Each 1st period class will be competing against each other for a doughnut party, trophy, and bragging rights!  It’s Mrs. Lotti vs Ms. Manciet vs Mrs. Murray vs Mrs. Rozo!  Donate diapers for those in need! This year we are in need of both children and adult diapers.

Benchmark Testing will be on September 13, and 17-20. Please don’t schedule any appointments on these mornings. Students will be testing from 9-11:30 a.m. each of these days.  If you know your child will be missing one of these days, please contact Mrs. Murray to make alternate testing arrangements. Thank you for your support.
